Scott & Kim Zitelman

     Scott has over 32 years experience in real estate, receiving his license in 1976.  He became a licensed Broker in 1988 when purchasing Chain of Lakes Real Estate from the previous owner.  He is a GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, and has experience in residential, commercial, development, new construction, and vacant land sales.
     He has been an active member of the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors, serving on the Board of Directors, and has chaired several committees.  He is a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award from the St. Paul Area Assoc. of Realtors.  Over the years he has also been active in the Chisago Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce, Cub Scouts, and has acted as a consultant to various cities and the local school district on zoning and development issues.

     Kim has been active in the real estate industry for many years, helping to manage their office and assisting the sales agents.  She received her license over nine years ago, and particularly enjoys working with buyers. 
     She served as a board member and treasurer of the Taylors Falls Chamber of Commerce for over nine years.  She volunteered for 12 years at the local elementary school, and has been a cub scout leader and religious education instructor for many years.     
     Scott and Kim will soon celebrate their 32nd wedding anniversay, and reside in Taylors Falls.

Jim Molnar

     Jim is a life-long resident of the Chisago Lakes area.  He began selling real estate in 1976, and has been involved in all aspects of selling, buying, platting, rezoning and financing of local properties.  Jim has been  active in local business organizations promoting the beautiful Chisago Lakes Area. Daphne Molnar

     Daphne is a life-long resident of the Chisago Lakes Area.  She has owned and operated other businesses and been employed as the Executive Director of the Chisago Lakes Chamber of Commerce before joining the team at Chain of Lakes.  Her experience with both the business and residential communities have sharpened her awareness and concern for the growth and the future of this area.  She has served on numerous boards, committees and organizations, as well as raising her two children in Center City.

Mark Wolcott

     Mark is a life-long and fifth generation resident of Center City.  He graduated from the Lindstrom/Center City/Shafer schools and the University of Minnesota.
     Real estate is a second career for Mark after many years in retail management.  He has been with Chain of Lakes Real Estate for nine years, and is licensed in Wisconsin as well as Minnesota.

Nora Holt

     Nora has lived in the Chisago Lakes area her entire life. She grew up on a farm on the shores of North Center Lake, married, and moved to her home on South Center Lake over 30 years ago.  She has fished and boated on all the areas lakes and rivers.
     She served for many years on the Chisago County Planning Commission and is knowledgable about local planning and zoning issues.
